Shabby town

SIR: It's your paper, have your say", you say.
Well it appears you'll only get printed if you complain about, dog dirt, litter or pigeons or praise Bolton and all its marvels. I for one think Bolton to be full of people who do not look beyond their own front gate with regard to caring about what is going on in the world and as for aesthetics is quite shabby to look at.
There isn't much to look at except scaffolding, potholes and two fountains that are permanently waterless. I shall be quite glad to move back to Wilmslow, Cheshire, where at least people realise there is life outside of their town and the parks aren't full of discarded syringes.
