Rotary funds for clean water

GREAT Harwood and Rishton Rotary Club is raising funds to buy water purifying kits and temporary shelters for the victims of the tsunami.

At a meeting of the club at Sparth House, in Clayton-le-Moors, this week members donated £240 to the fund.

They have also organised street collections in Great Harwood, Rishton and at the Whitebirk retail park.
